Tiny Home Pricing

This item is a 20' tiny home with two expandable sides, on a frame only.  This package includes delivery to Areas A or C in the Qathet Regional District (Texada or Savary will be priced separately).  Also includes:  bathroom fixtures including shower, shower doors, bathroom vanity tap, counter and sink, toilet and pre-plumbed out the back, kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink and tap, kitchen counter and flooring throughout.  The roofing and decking material are also included. This price does not include GST.

This tiny home can be placed on wheels for an extra charge.  

For this price, you get a 1- or 2- bed 400 sq ft tiny home unit set up, roofing and deck package installed, ready for appliances and furnishings.  This price is for Areas A and C in Qathet Regional District (Savary or Texada are priced individually).  This does not include GST.  Please contact us for more information or to schedule a showing of these units in person at Pine Tree Community RV Park www.pinetreecommunity.ca.  

Want to transport your tiny home?  Our tiny homes have a wheel set to make them portable.  GST is not included in this price.
