We have a tiny home set up as a display model at Pine Tree Community RV Park.  See more details at www.pinetreecommunity.ca.  Depending on reservations, we may be able to show you one of the units available for rent short-, mid- or longer-term.  

 The unpacking takes one full day with four workers.  The unpacking of the tiny home must be completed on level ground, so your site must be ready to receive the tiny home.  The tiny home is unwrapped, inside contents are unloaded, and the windows are installed as part of unpacking.  The set up includes sealing the exterior, set up of the cabinets and counter tops, but does not include connecting to utilities (water, gas, electric or internet/cable).  

No, but they ARE CSA conforming - these are essentially a U-built RV on or off wheels.  

3" insulation in the walls and floor, similar to Roxsall insulation.

Yes - our newest models (like the ones at Pine Tree Community RV Park) come with a roof and deck package. 

It depends. This is CSA conforming but is location dependent if it can be permitted in your area or not.  These tiny homes are ideal for locations in regional districts that do not have building permit requirements, including Qathet Regional District.  

We are based in Powell River, British Columbia, north of Vancouver.  We can sell anyone in Canada one of these tiny homes and ship it to you.  However, we are not able to provide any support other than the sales.

On the Sunshine Coast, including Gibsons, Sechelt, Qathet Regional District including Texada, and even Savary Island, we could discuss options for set up of the home.  Unfortunately if you seek to put up one of these tiny homes, we must support local skilled tradespersons in your geographic area.
