We have a tiny home set up as a display model in Powell River, BC - South of town, near Black Point.  Please contact us to see the model.  

At present, the tiny homes are not CSA approved, but we are working on this.  In the City of Powell River, a CSA certification is required.  In the Qathet Regional District, no certification is required at present for the tiny home.

 The unpacking takes one full day with four workers.  The unpacking of the tiny home must be completed on level ground, so your site must be ready to receive the tiny home.  The tiny home is unwrapped, inside contents are unloaded, and the windows are installed as part of unpacking.  The set up includes sealing the exterior, set up of the cabinets and counter tops, but does not include connecting to utilities (water, gas, electric or internet/cable).
