Ready tiny homes are a compact, ready to ship, ready to set up and ready for move in! The home arrives in a shipping container, wrapped, and contains:

• Most popular is a 20’ tiny home with two full length expandable sides; also available in 30’ and 40’ larger layouts

• Exterior wall colors: standard white, red, grey, blue or green

• Fully plumbed bathroom with toilet, shower, vanity with sink, taps, mirror and medicine cabinet, plumbed out the back of the home

• Double glazed windows

• Kitchen cabinets in 36 available colors

• Kitchen counters (available in 30 color options) with kitchen sink and taps

• Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout

• Ready to charge-cell-phone-outlets and breaker for tie-in electrical source; electrical can be customized to order with additional outlets

• Interior door to bathroom and bedroom(s)

• Most popular: two or one bedroom option in the 20’ home; 3 bedroom options are available in the larger 30’ or 40’ homes

• Two bedroom option allows for wall to move to create a large one bedroom option

• Obscured lockable exterior door

• Optional designs include: wall cladding board, gable roof, covered deck
